Job Summary

AG Living is seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Property Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial aspects related to our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for each property, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and review property-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
  • Tax and Audit Compliance: Work with external tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate filing of property-related tax returns.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years prior experience in multifamily real estate fully-cycle accounting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Onesite, MRI), advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
