Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or leasing is advantageous, though training is available for candidates with relevant transferable skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, complemented by leasing bonuses based on performance. This full-time position typically requires 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts on a rotating basis. Additional paid time off is provided during holiday periods.


We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. Employees can expect payroll every two weeks with direct deposit options available.
