Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of the financial and operational performance of our multifamily properties, ensuring they meet or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase property value, focusing on revenue growth, expense control, and capital improvements.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, to guide decision-making and optimize asset performance.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors in the Texas regions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders, presenting performance metrics, market conditions, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all properties adhere to relevant regulations and company standards, maintaining a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on multifamily properties.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Texas real estate markets.
  • Proven ability to drive property performance through strategic planning and financial acumen.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the Texas areas as needed.
