We are seeking a Production Artist who will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, including Offering Memos, Proposals, and Marketing materials. This individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to bring the firm's vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in producing high-quality print, advertising, and digital materials.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to define design goals and objectives.
  • Review and approve graphics, layouts, and fonts before designs are completed.
  • Use editing software to finalize standard aspects of designs and ensure consistency.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to print and digital images and assets.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Catalog and maintain a library of produced images and graphics for future projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with web design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing in the context of commercial real estate.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.
