Position Summary:

Due to our continuous expansion, WRRE is on the lookout for a diligent and detail-oriented Insurance Producer Support Specialist to enhance our insurance division. In this role, you will be essential in assisting our insurance agents by managing various responsibilities linked to policy administration, client interactions, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Processing:

  • Guide clients in accurately completing insurance applications.
  • Evaluate applications for thoroughness and precision.
  • Submit applications through designated platforms (e.g., DocuSign).

Policy Binders:

  • Compile binders for newly issued policies.
  • Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely issuance of binders.

Policy Management:

  • Facilitate the issuance of policies, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Address any post-issuance concerns, including follow-ups on inspections and flood zone assessments.

Post-Issuance Support:

  • Manage immediate post-issuance matters, including those related to carriers.
  • Work closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to resolve client questions.

End-of-Month Tracking:

  • Oversee the End-of-Month (EOM) tracking process.
  • Ensure policies are accurately documented in our agency management system (AMS).
  • Request declaration pages from carriers for any missing policies.

2A Forms and License Plate Registrations:

  • Assist clients with 2A forms (proof of insurance) and License Plate Registrations (LPRs).
  • Guarantee timely submissions to the appropriate authorities.

Carrier Communication:

  • Manage routine communications with carriers regarding policy status, endorsements, or general inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the insurance agent as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., Vertafore AMS360, EZ Lynx) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
