About the Role

The Frameplay Business Development team is responsible for developing and sustaining strategic partnerships with mobile game and application developers. As Senior Manager of Business Development, you will act as a strategic consultant to new and existing partners, combining sales, negotiation skills, and industry knowledge to drive growth within the gaming sector.

Key responsibilities include identifying, negotiating, and closing game partners across mobile, console, and desktop platforms, building a pipeline of game partners aligned with sales and tech team priorities, and owning day-to-day negotiation and relationship management with key game partners.

You will also be responsible for driving partnerships that are financially accretive to the company, understanding and communicating market opportunities, needs, and partner feedback to inform product roadmap and prioritization, and building a strong industry network and thought leadership in the gaming space.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant business development or direct sales experience
  • Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships
  • Established network within the gaming industry
  • Strong product and technical ability to assess integration requirements
  • Passionate about gaming and Frameplay's mission
