How You'll Make an Impact- Generate and secure new business revenue through consultative sales to both new and existing high-net-worth clients.
- Craft tailored insurance solutions with top-rated carriers, specifically designed for the affluent market.
- Collaborate with Client Service Managers to onboard new clients and assist in managing client relationships and renewal processes as necessary.
- In conjunction with the account management team, deliver services to clients based on their specific needs, ensuring client retention.
- Engage in collaborative sales efforts with other specialists and support staff.
- May oversee overall client relationships, supported by daily account management.
- Build and maintain an external client referral network (centers of influence) including bankers, wealth advisors, and attorneys focused on high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, and family office clientele.
- Utilize industry technologies to enhance new sales, additional sales to existing clients, and account servicing.
- Prepare and implement a personal business strategy and production budget.
- Foster and maintain interdivision/intercompany relationships that align with our corporate culture.
Required:
Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant experience, and appropriate insurance licensing are required.
220 License
