Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (1-hour lunch)
  • Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm (1-hour lunch)
  • Monday to Friday, 11am-8pm (1-hour lunch)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a committed and resourceful Client Support Specialist to become part of our team. The main goal of this role is to ensure that we consistently meet or surpass our clients' expectations by understanding their requirements, prioritizing their needs, and directing inquiries to the appropriate resources. Our clientele includes patients, healthcare professionals, and their families. As a Client Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively within a diverse team to deliver thorough information regarding the services provided by our organization.

Key Duties:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients, carefully assessing the nature of inquiries and determining the best course of action.
  • Keep current with our services and effectively relay this information to clients.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients into our services.
  • Record interactions in the client database and follow up to ensure services are secured.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including medical offices and pharmacies, to address all client needs.
  • Engage in various special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
  • Experience managing high-pressure situations that require problem-solving and sound judgment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable with a strong commitment to work.
  • Open to receiving and implementing feedback and coaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by patients with medical conditions.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a high-volume call environment.
