We streamline the process for organizations to manage and receive B2B payments by integrating electronic payment solutions and cash flow enhancement tools directly into clients' accounts payable and procurement systems.

The Client Support Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional customer experiences that set us apart by addressing inquiries, requests, and general customer communications in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will independently resolve most customer queries or, when necessary, serve as a liaison between the customer and various internal teams to address more complex issues.
This role operates in a dynamic environment and requires adaptability to changing circumstances. The perfect candidate will possess customer support experience within the financial sector and have a solid understanding of accounting principles. - Drive the success of our clients through program management, customer service/support, and training.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of accounts payable processes and associated challenges.
- Focus on customer needs and effectively communicate these to our team to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain awareness of clients' immediate, short, and long-term business requirements to protect, retain, and grow revenues.
- Relay customer needs and requests to product/sales teams.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong knowledge of Internetwork Expert Inc.'s solutions.
- Provide innovative solutions to customer challenges and opportunities.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Facilitate the collection of necessary information and documents from customers to ensure successful program implementation.
- Educate clients on best practices and processes.
- Deliver product training and documentation to customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of inquiries.
- Build strong, positive relationships with our client base.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing/communications.
- Equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technology-related business or customer contact roles preferred.
- Knowledge of banking and payment-related products is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred.
