Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer support for Scooterbug Reservations and VENU + Arcades
  • Assist clients in organizing and securing reservations
  • Manage a substantial volume of incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and chats
  • Foster strong connections with clients and aim to surpass their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to address customer concerns
  • Record customer interactions and ensure follow-up on pending issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer support capacity, ideally within a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport swiftly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support applications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Schedule: Mid-Shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Remote work available on weekends and holidays with two weekdays off
