Position Summary:
The Military Account Manager role at SupplyCore focuses on driving revenue growth through the establishment and nurturing of robust relationships with military clientele. This position demands outstanding customer service capabilities, along with the aptitude to pinpoint sales prospects and work collaboratively with internal teams and supply chains.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities by aligning our offerings with the requirements of military clients.
- Develop Dealer of Record partnerships with supply chain collaborators.
- Broaden the customer network by forging new connections within the military domain.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive records within CRM systems regarding customer interactions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of service in the military.
- Familiarity with military and government procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
