Military Business Growth Specialist

Credence Management Solutions, LLC, a leading Federal Systems Integrator and Consulting company, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in support of the Army.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow business with the Army in the Federal marketplace
- Build and drive new business opportunities leveraging existing relationships with Army programs
- Position Credence as a trusted adviser and partner with decision-makers in the client agency's organization
- Collaborate with Credence teams and strategic partners to drive new opportunities in target accounts within the Federal marketplace
As a Senior Military Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Leveraging years of experience working with Army programs to build and drive new business in the Federal marketplace
- Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to convert information into opportunities
- Working with complex analytical skills for Professional Services, Consulting Projects, and Program Management
- Positioning Credence as a trusted adviser and partner with decision-makers in the client agency's organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain TS Clearance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in similar organizations
- Deep understanding of Federal and Defense trends with the ability to drive positive change
- Proven track record of collaborating with vendors and partners to close business
