Role Overview:
  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Implementation: Employ innovative marketing strategies and sales techniques to attract new Lifeline and ACP clients, with the goal of surpassing sales objectives.
  • Opportunities for Growth: Begin as an independent contributor with the potential to build a team of up to five members, while maintaining responsibility for territory management.
  • Strategic Location Development: Identify and secure key partner locations to improve service delivery and customer accessibility.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the effective management of inventory, ensuring enrollment specialists are well-prepared for successful customer interactions.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract and hire qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions.
  • Comprehensive Training: Provide thorough training for specialists, focusing on product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with FCC and USAC regulations to maintain operational integrity.
  • Quality Control: Establish measures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
  • Performance Improvement: Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback.
  • Reporting and Auditing: Conduct detailed audits and manage reporting to ensure transparency in enrollment results.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-achieving team environment.
  • Operational Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of the enrollment process effectively.
