About the Position:

Wells Fargo is on the lookout for a Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager (SAFE) within our National Branch Network, part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This pivotal role is designed to enhance the customer and employee experience across designated areas. As a Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager, you will gain valuable experience in leading and managing teams while supporting various branch locations. As business needs evolve, you will have the opportunity to transition into either an Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager role.

In your new position, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading a diverse team of high-performing individuals, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
  • Implementing a structured customer engagement process that enhances customer satisfaction and drives business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while managing operational excellence.
  • Coaching and developing team members to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to improve customer banking experiences through education and digital options.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt to changing priorities and environments while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve operational issues to align with Branch Network objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders and internal partners to deliver a customer-centric experience.
  • Assist customers with transactions and serve as a role model for exceptional service.
  • Oversee the selection and development of branch staff.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in banking, financial services, or related experience.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in banking or financial services.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to analyze performance and empower team members to achieve business goals.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
Job Expectations:
  • Flexibility to work across multiple branches as needed.
  • Willingness to work a schedule that may include weekends.
  • Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
