Branch Manager

Job Summary:

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our team and drive sales and operations success. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, leading and motivating a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Branch Operations: Oversee sales, inventory, and customer service functions to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
• Lead and Motivate Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer concerns and maintain strong relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
• Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in branch management or a related field.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Certifications: Forklift certification preferred.
