Role Overview:
Wells Fargo is in search of a Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager (SAFE) within our National Branch Network, part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This pivotal role is designed to enhance customer and employee experiences across various locations. As a Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager, you will gain invaluable experience in leading and managing teams while supporting multiple branches. Your journey may lead to a transition into either an Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager role based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt to evolving priorities and environments while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team to implement business strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Address operational challenges affecting customer and employee experiences to meet branch objectives.
- Identify ways to simplify banking for customers through education on digital solutions.
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders and internal partners to enhance customer-centric services.
- Assist customers with transactions as needed, exemplifying exceptional service and relationship-building.
- Oversee the recruitment, evaluation, and development of branch staff.
- Ensure compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years in banking, financial services, or related experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
- 4+ years in banking or financial services.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement plans for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in understanding complex financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proven track record in building relationships with customers and community partners.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Experience in guiding teams to leverage technology for enhanced customer engagement.
- Flexibility to support various branches as needed.
- Willingness to commute to assigned locations.
- Availability to work a schedule that may include weekends.
- Compliance with SAFE registration requirements upon employment.
