Key Responsibilities for the Finance Operations Manager:

  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Director to establish and uphold accounting procedures
  • Supervise daily functions of the accounting division, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets
  • Conduct and assess reconciliations of bank statements and general ledgers
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end financial closing

Preferred Qualifications for the Finance Operations Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory
  • Over 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, or prior experience as an Accounting Manager
  • Master's degree or CPA/CMA certification is advantageous
  • Familiarity with US GAAP accounting standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
