Role Summary

As a Sales Executive specializing in Print Management, your main objective will be to enhance sales and drive revenue by acquiring new clientele while nurturing existing relationships. You will focus on offering Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions to various organizations, assisting them in managing and optimizing their print output across all devices.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory to create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to inform effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.

Consultative Sales Approach:

  • Engage with key stakeholders to assess their business needs and challenges.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' current printing systems and document workflows.
  • Deliver tailored MPS solutions and proposals, highlighting the advantages of managed print services.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to design customized MPS offerings for clients.

Account Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with current clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Regularly evaluate client satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to explore opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.
  • Monitor contract performance and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Collaboration:

  • Work in tandem with internal teams, including sales support and service delivery, to ensure effective implementation of MPS solutions.
  • Engage in industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and promote MPS services.
