Role Description

We are seeking a Water Solutions Account Executive to become a vital part of our Chemical Monitoring and Solutions division. Our Account Executives collaborate with specialists to leverage their technical knowledge and experience to assist clients in resolving their water treatment challenges while overseeing moderately complex projects.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients on-site to conduct industrial water testing and analysis.
  • Drive effective and profitable sales within a designated territory.
  • Expand new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with current customers and prospects to identify solutions that meet their sales and service requirements.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships by understanding their business models and how our products and services can provide added value.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in direct sales, customer service, account management, or industry operations.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, or Chemistry, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field with two years of experience in the water treatment sector.
  • A willingness to work in diverse environments, including industrial and manufacturing facilities.
  • Demonstrated sales skills and/or aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently after receiving proper training and be a self-starter.
  • A customer-focused mindset, capable of translating client needs into profitable business solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • A valid driver’s license.
