Job Overview

This role involves managing the complete sales process for both potential and existing clients across numerous locations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain a network of contacts to discover new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to ascertain their requirements.
  • Align our value propositions with the challenges faced by customers to effectively market our products/services.
  • Showcase the functionalities and benefits of our offerings to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through open communication.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
  • Maintain regular contact with current and former clients, informing them of new products, services, and updates that may interest them.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, including calls, orders, and any challenges encountered. Provide periodic sales forecasts for your territory as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in route or outside sales
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to cultivate business relationships with clients and decision-makers
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Bilingual in Hindu is advantageous

Work Schedule

8-hour shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday to Friday

This position is entirely field-based, focusing on direct sales with a base salary and commission structure.
