Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of outstanding guest satisfaction through a proactive and hands-on management approach
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing back-of-house operations and staff development in a bustling kitchen environment
- Ensure budgetary goals are met through effective planning and resource management
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and procurement of kitchen supplies
- Uphold sanitation standards and maintain an organized workspace in compliance with health regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Culinary Management within a high-volume dining setting
- In-depth understanding of kitchen operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cost management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of stability and professionalism in previous roles
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution is advantageous
