Primary Duties Include:
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef to design diverse menus that align with our restaurant's vision.
- Creating innovative dishes that resonate with our clientele.
- Establishing work schedules and organizing kitchen workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Preparing high-quality dishes that meet our established standards and client expectations.
- Designing food presentations that enhance both visual appeal and flavor.
- Identifying and mentoring talented culinary staff to uphold our high standards.
