Customer Relationship Manager

At Slice, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way pizzerias engage with their customers. As our CRM Manager, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns that drive real results.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs thrive and obsessed with innovative lifecycle marketing. You'll need to combine strategic ability with hands-on implementation, requiring both analytical skills and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop/Execute CRM Strategy: Create custom journeys and automated campaigns that cater to the entire pizzeria owner lifecycle.
- Performance Optimization: Develop KPIs and metrics to measure campaign success, analyze customer data, and optimize initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, product marketing, and creative teams to align CRM activities with broader business objectives.
- Tech Stack Optimization/Administration: Experiment, optimize, and improve Slice's marketing technology stack, ensuring all CRM databases are of the highest quality possible.
With a salary range of $100 K - 120k, this is an exciting opportunity for a builder who wants to get their hands dirty and help us build the greatest engagement system for pizzerias ever invested.
The Winning Recipe:
- Ambitious individual with 4-5 years relevant experience creating incredible campaigns for incredible businesses.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and/or Hubspot.
- Creativity and attention to detail when converting static designs to HTML/CSS.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience analyzing customer data and trends.
