Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team at Melio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving continuous value and retention. With a strong focus on customer success, you will oversee key moments in the customer journey, convert, upsell, renew, and retain efforts for Melio's subscribers and high-value accounts.

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year is offered, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding talent. Located in New York City with a 3-day in-office requirement, this role offers a unique blend of remote and in-person work experience.
