Customer Relationship Management Associate

As a prominent player in the fashion and luxury goods industry, Giorgio Armani is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a CRM Intern.
The selected candidate will be part of the company's internship program, which provides hands-on experience within the world of Armani. This opportunity will allow them to learn about the brand's culture and gain valuable skills in managing customer relationships and working with CRM systems.
The role involves supporting gift management and department shipping needs, while also developing strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including client development strategies and understanding customer behavior.
In this position, you will work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will also be responsible for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and demonstrating a customer-centric attitude.
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and available to work a minimum of 3 days in office. This is an unpaid internship, but proof of school credit is required.
The estimated salary for this role is around $25-$30 per hour, based on the location and industry standards. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed figure and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
