As a leading luxury goods group, we are seeking highly motivated students to join our CRM Internship Network Program. This program will provide valuable hands-on experience in managing customer relationships and working with CRM systems.

What We Offer

Our internship program will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing customer relationships and working with CRM systems. You will have the chance to develop your skills in:

  • Familiarity with Excel and Power Point
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized approach
  • SUPPORTING GIFT MANAGEMENT AND DEPARTMENT SHIPPING NEEDS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Client Development strategies
  • Able to exercise appropriate judgment and multitask
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer centric attitude and a passion for enhancing customer experience
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate/Graduate program
  • Be available a minimum of 3 days in office
  • Unpaid internship | Proof of school credit is required

Estimated Salary Range: $15-$20 per hour

This salary range is based on industry standards for similar positions in the NYC area. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
