Customer Relationship Management Strategist

About the Role
This exciting role at Saks OFF 5TH involves organizing and analyzing marketing and customer data. As a CRM Specialist Data Analyst, you will help the marketing team deepen their market influence and build long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze marketing and customer data
- Support various teams with customer analytics
- Collaborate with ESP, Creative, Digital Strategy, Loyalty QA, and Production teams
- Perform A/B tests and measure performance
- Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency
- Assist with the onboarding of new platforms and partners
- Manage and maintain the CRM database
- Analyze customer behavior
- Develop CRM reports
- Establish and maintain KPI reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or similar field
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Retail, or similar
- Knowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis, and reporting
- Strong background in analysis and data-driven recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
