About the Role

This exciting role at Saks OFF 5TH involves organizing and analyzing marketing and customer data. As a CRM Specialist Data Analyst, you will help the marketing team deepen their market influence and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and analyze marketing and customer data
  • Support various teams with customer analytics
  • Collaborate with ESP, Creative, Digital Strategy, Loyalty QA, and Production teams
  • Perform A/B tests and measure performance
  • Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Assist with the onboarding of new platforms and partners
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database
  • Analyze customer behavior
  • Develop CRM reports
  • Establish and maintain KPI reports and dashboards


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or similar field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Retail, or similar
  • Knowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis, and reporting
  • Strong background in analysis and data-driven recommendations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
