Job Description

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will directly support the HR Manager in various functions and silos of HR, building out the foundation and platform to which we operate under.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR expertise by working closely with leadership supporting designated business units.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required.
  • 5 years of related experience required.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
