Hotel Human Resources Manager

Uniland Development Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for refining and executing the human resource and talent strategy for our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and improve employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of human resource management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
