The Job

We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our executive leadership team in developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of opportunity and advancement within the organization, driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives, and fostering a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a talent acquisition and development strategy to attract and retain top talent
* Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver learning programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and facilitate leadership development
* Collaborate with the executive leadership team to drive business growth through strategic HR initiatives
* Create a culture of opportunity and advancement within the organization

Requirements

* 20 years of senior HR leadership experience in a multiple plant manufacturing setting
* BSBA and MS/MBA in business and human resources management
* Strong organizational development and training background
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to drive process and system improvement
