Vice President Human Resources Shared Services

About the Role

Kaleida Health is seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to serve as Vice President of Human Resources Shared Services. As a key member of the HR leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Kaleida Health's business objectives

Collaborate with operations leadership to design and deliver HR programs that drive business results

Provide oversight to talent acquisition, learning and performance, leadership development, workforce analytics, planning and development, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, employee health and safety, and integrated absence

Amplify the voice of the customer through excellent service delivery and continuous process improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

10 years of experience in Human Resources management, Human Resources development, and/or organizational development required

5 years of progressive senior level and supervisory experience required
