Elia y Ponto, PLLC, un bufete de abogados especializado en lesiones personales, busca un Coordinador de Recursos Humanos altamente motivado para apoyar en la gestión y dirección de las funciones rutinarias de la firma en las áreas de reclutamiento, selección, contratación, incorporación, nómina, administración de beneficios y retención de personal. Las responsabilidades incluyen:

  • Gestionar el proceso de adquisición de talento, que abarca la búsqueda, entrevistas y contratación de candidatos calificados.
  • Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar el proceso de incorporación de empleados.
  • Procesar transacciones de nómina, incluyendo salarios, bonificaciones, beneficios, embargos, impuestos y otras deducciones.
  • Administrar y mantener los programas de beneficios para empleados (401k, seguro de salud, etc.).
  • Monitorear el seguimiento del tiempo de los empleados.
  • Participar en el proceso de evaluación del desempeño.
  • Brindar asistencia a empleados y gerentes en la aplicación e interpretación de políticas, procedimientos y directrices del personal.
  • Supervisar reuniones disciplinarias de empleados, despidos e investigaciones.
  • Mantener el cumplimiento con las leyes y regulaciones laborales federales, estatales y locales, así como las mejores prácticas recomendadas; revisar políticas y prácticas para asegurar el cumplimiento.
  • Mantenerse informado sobre tendencias, mejores prácticas, cambios regulatorios y nuevas tecnologías en recursos humanos, gestión del talento y derecho laboral.
  • Colaborar con el equipo directivo para comprender y ejecutar la estrategia de recursos humanos y talento de la organización, especialmente en relación con las necesidades actuales y futuras de talento, reclutamiento, retención y planificación de sucesiones.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.

Habilidades y Capacidades Requeridas:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Destrezas interpersonales y de servicio al cliente excepcionales.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de prácticas de gestión de oficina, incluyendo procedimientos contables y sistemas de información.
  • Organizado, capaz de priorizar tareas, delegar cuando sea apropiado y ser un jugador de equipo con excelentes habilidades de escucha, comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Dominio extremo de Microsoft Office Suite u otro programa de software similar, específicamente Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook, así como Adobe Acrobat.
  • Capacidad para mantener registros confidenciales.
  • Capacidad para pensar y actuar de manera independiente y con mínima supervisión.
  • Altamente organizado con gran atención al detalle y capacidad para cumplir con plazos.
  • Apariencia y comportamiento profesional.

Educación y Experiencia:

  • Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o campo relacionado requerido.
  • Al menos cinco años de experiencia en un puesto de gestión.
  • Experiencia como Asistente Legal es útil.
