As a key member of our retail division, you will be responsible for expanding our national accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth through exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

About the Role

This is a fully on-site position located at 185 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ 07311. As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales with a deep understanding of big US retail businesses.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience creating high-impact pitches and leading complex negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • A fast learning pace and ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our national accounts and drive sales growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at top retailers.
  • Creative and persuasive pitching to potential partners, showcasing our business, products, and value proposition.
  • Conducting thorough research on new opportunities, businesses, and stakeholders, informing strategic decisions and negotiation tactics.
  • Analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights to inform business development strategies.
