Sales and Business Development Manager

Ecolab is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join its industry-leading sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing significant deal volume, and targeting account pipelines. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to win new business and provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management's strategic decision-making.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the world's most vital resource. As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad suite of technologies to deliver automated monitoring systems, data analysis, and deep technical expertise to increase efficiency, sustainability, and performance for our customers.
You will also have the opportunity to work with customers across various industries, including light industry (institutional, food & beverage, manufacturing, transportation, textile care, and global high tech) and heavy industry (chemical, downstream, paper, mining, power, and primary metals industries).
The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000-$185,000, based on full-time 40 hours per week and factors such as education, training, experience, work location, travel, etc.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new customer acquisition through outstanding presentation skills and style
- Manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines
- Respond to inbound lead generation, leverage sales experience and skills to close new accounts
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management's strategic decision-making
