Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and challenges associated with construction projects, including comprehensive project planning, scheduling, cost management, quality assurance, contract oversight, safety protocols, and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage construction initiatives from inception to completion, utilizing the Crossland Heavy pre-planning framework to initiate projects and develop a Master Project Schedule, which is updated monthly and shared with all relevant parties.
- Establish a Master Variance for project accounting post-initiation, adhering to Crossland’s guidelines for financial tracking and ensuring timely coding of all expenses.
- Administer contracts, payment requests, change orders, and requests for information (RFIs) in a prompt manner, ensuring follow-up on outstanding invoices.
- Prepare and manage all subcontracts and purchase orders in accordance with company standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and duly signed.
- Review shop drawings for compliance and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery of materials to maintain project momentum and addressing any delays with architects and engineers.
- Ensure that all work meets the quality specifications outlined in project plans.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug screening, physical examination, and background check.
