- Financial Management: Submit monthly draw requests to project owners for payment.
- Value Engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Expedition, MS Project, CAD, and PDF.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of on-site supervision experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Personal Qualities: Strong leadership skills, motivated self-starter, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
