About the Role: We are seeking a college construction graduate for an entry-level salaried position that serves as a stepping stone to higher roles in the company. The Field Engineer's primary responsibility is to learn how projects are executed by Crossland field personnel, with a focus on gaining hands-on experience and training for future advancement opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor job-site safety
  • Study plans and specifications for project understanding
  • Layout for the entire project with total station and GPS
  • Quality control and recording for as-built drawings
  • Reporting cost control meetings and pay applications
  • Assist in sub-contractor control and scheduling
  • Document project progress and reports
  • Assist in material procurement and organization
  • Responsible for project documentation and asset care
  • Upfront documentation of project site conditions through video and pictures
  • Knowledge of subcontractors' scope of work
