About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion of Walmart's transportation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion of transportation initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Manage and execute projects from start to finish, including data collection, analysis, and communication of insights and recommendations
  • Develop strong relationships with Walmart functional areas to identify best practices, solicit input/data, coordinate interdisciplinary initiatives, and gather support for recommendations
  • Identify areas of opportunity and influence execution of results via cross-functional participation to enable quick wins and continuous improvement
  • Obtain alignment from relevant business partners and management support for projects and lead discussions to drive change
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field
  • 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
  • Leading cross-functional teams, Supervisory experience

Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
