Job Description:

Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for Asst. Project Manager with a high energy level and who are passionate about what they do. The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:

* Preparing submittal package
* Participating the construction bidding process
* Oversight of subcontractors
* Site visits/on-site full time
* Preparing monthly project status reports
* Developing and monitoring the budget for the individual projects
* Coordinating schedules and monitoring works in progress
* Monthly draw requests, submitted to the owner of the project for payment
* Value Engineering

Qualifications:
* Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent and strong academic or work record.

* Hands-on computer applications including but not limited to: MS Office, Expedition, MS Project, CAD and PDF

* Previous experience of more than 3 yrs on-site supervision under assistance, a PLUS

* Individual must have a desire to be a leader in the construction management arena.

* Motivated self-starter

* Willingness to learn, ability to follow directions

* Must be able to ready engineering drawings and interpret specifications.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
