About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Execution Partner to join our Credit Products team at City National Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor and consultant to internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support to assess business needs and develop strategic plans.
  • Lead stakeholder engagements to define project scope and gain leadership support for identified project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, job aids, and training curriculum to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Draft communications plans and artifacts, including informational newsletters, announcements, and leader speaking points and materials.
  • Manage concurrent projects, coordinating internal and third-party resources as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and emerging risks or dependencies, providing senior leadership with regular status reporting.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, assessment tools, document libraries, and SharePoint sites.
  • Establish project teams and meeting routines, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the completion of initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Strategic Execution teams' practices, tools, and templates, and SharePoint assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a business support function or project management role.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a bank or financial services.
  • Risk management, compliance, regulatory, or related bank regulatory experience preferred.
  • Prosci or other industry-recognized organizational change certification preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

City National Bank offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $87,027 - $138,965 per year, with the potential for bonus and/or commissions.
