**About the Role**

As a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager at Brand Brilliance 365 Inc, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the car wash industry and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

The salary for this role is approximately $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the car wash industry

- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales

- Strong understanding of the car wash industry and its challenges

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in business management, sales, marketing, or related field
