Sales and Business Growth Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Franchise Sales Associate. This is a commission-only position, perfect for those who enjoy working independently and have a passion for fitness and entrepreneurship.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, presenting the VERSAGYM franchise opportunity, and leading prospects through the entire sales process. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop sales strategies and materials, and represent VERSAGYM at industry events and expos to promote franchise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through networking, research, events, and outreach.
- Engage with prospective franchisees and explain the benefits of owning a VERSAGYM franchise.
- Guide candidates through the discovery process, from initial inquiry to signing the franchise agreement.
- Maintain a database of leads and manage ongoing communication with prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and materials.
- Previous experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively articulate the advantages of the VERSAGYM franchise model.
- Proven ability to generate and close leads in a commission-based environment.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and entrepreneurship.
