Position Overview

The Brand Leader, recognized as one of the top workplaces, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our Client Services team. This role is essential in managing daily agency operations for our clients, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives that may encompass branding campaigns, media strategies, and digital projects.

The Account Manager will be pivotal in fostering effective communication and robust relationships with both external clients and internal teams. Utilizing analytical capabilities and innovative problem-solving skills, the ideal candidate will navigate complex marketing challenges and surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries and requirements.
  • Provide strategic oversight for all assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to formulate strategic marketing plans and monitor performance metrics.
  • Facilitate regular client performance discussions and comprehensive business reviews.
  • Work alongside senior account personnel to craft and present tailored strategies for various projects.
  • Promote an integrated approach across all initiatives to maximize agency resources.
  • Draft and present creative briefs for projects, identifying and managing critical deliverables.
  • Assess and critique creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand objectives and quality standards.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of industry trends to enhance client engagements.
  • Establish the agency as a trusted partner in marketing for clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management within an agency setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to staying informed in the evolving landscape of online marketing.
  • Effective problem-solving and project management capabilities.
