Overview

We are in search of a Client Relationship Manager to enhance our expanding team, someone who can provide outstanding customer service. Are you eager to assist a variety of clients with issues ranging from straightforward to moderately complex?

Your Impact


Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure that clients receive the best possible solutions in a timely and high-quality manner.

  • Secure existing business while promoting additional services and coverage options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations as well as day-to-day client representatives.
  • Guide team members in addressing clients' risk management needs through consultative discussions.
  • Mentor Client Service team members through ongoing learning, transparent feedback, and robust talent development.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy information within GGB - Global systems.
  • Leverage GGB - Global's technology to enhance productivity.

About You

  • Possess a current Property and Casualty License.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in client service and/or claims management, or a High School diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance and managing client relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen.
