Client Success Specialist

Position Summary:
As a Client Success Specialist at Recooty, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client interactions and ensuring their success with our platform.
Your main focus will be to cultivate and strengthen our client relationships, guaranteeing satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with a designated group of small to medium-sized business clients, becoming well-versed in their specific needs.
- Utilize our Client Success platform to engage with clients effectively and efficiently.
- Track account progress through various stages, monitoring health indicators and customized alerts.
- Proactively reach out to clients based on established criteria.
- Collaborate closely with the Support team to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
- Act as an advocate for clients when necessary.
- Drive product usage and retention across our diverse clientele, tailoring journeys based on individual objectives and requirements.
- Develop automated yet personalized communication strategies with users through email and in-platform onboarding, in collaboration with Customer Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Focus on enhancing client retention and identifying opportunities for growth, with an emphasis on long-term goals of driving usage, delivering value, and ensuring return on investment.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in client success initiatives, customer lifecycle management, or related roles within a technology-focused organization.
- A comprehensive understanding of strategies that promote product usage, growth, client loyalty, and retention.
- Experience in implementing scalable workflows, including email marketing and onboarding processes.
- Strong collaborative skills, working closely with marketing and product teams.
- A data-driven approach, capable of leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to experiment, refine, and assess impact.
