- Coordinate with the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience from acquisition to post-sale support.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust tactics as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of Sales and Marketing Experience.
- OR a minimum of 8 years of Sales and Marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Proficient in HubSpot (Sales & Marketing Modules), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical SEO knowledge a plus.
