Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of Sales and Marketing Experience.
  • OR a minimum of 8 years of Sales and Marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in HubSpot (Sales & Marketing Modules), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical SEO knowledge a plus.
