Job Description:

Dimensional Fund Advisors, L.P. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Director of Business Development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients across a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements:

- 5+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
