A well-established heavy equipment dealership, Gpac, is currently seeking a Store Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of quality work and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations efficiently, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Prioritize and oversee work orders completion, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Maintain and service equipment regularly, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Background in equipment sales and service preferred, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction or agriculture, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
