Compensation:
The expected pay for this role is $19.00 per hour, varying based on location, expertise, qualifications, and experience. Eligible associates and their families can access limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. Associates may enroll in the company's 401k plan and accrue paid time off up to 152 hours annually (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Receive, evaluate, and organize inventory.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly store environment.

Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, with adherence to attendance policies.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds intermittently, and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely navigate ladders.
  • Willingness to become certified to operate a forklift in compliance with safety programs.
