About the Role

Papa John's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and customer service are delivered to drive restaurant profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality and Customer Service: Provide quality products to our customers by building a system of quality with team members, ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John's standards and accurately reflects the customer's order.
  • Team Management: Actively recruit customer-focused team members, maintain adequate staffing levels, properly orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations, and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
  • Sales and Profit Management: Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing prompt and friendly customer service, building check averages through team member training on products and sales execution, and seeking additional sales through traditional and non-traditional methods.
  • Inventory and Asset Management: Plan and manage adequate inventory levels using the restaurant's computerized inventory system to meet sales demands and minimize loss, and manage company assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, fully equipped, and all equipment operates properly.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications: Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
  • Experience: Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
  • Skills: Cash management, planning and organization, effective communication.
